    * Halibut (fish), 16 oz
    * Garlic, 2 cloves (minced)
    * Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (chopped)
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Juice from 2 limes


Squeeze the juice from 1 lime all over the fish (add zest for a stronger lime flavor). Mix garlic, cilantro, salt, and lime juice in a bowl. Toss the fish in the bowl until completely covered in the mixture.

Broil for 10 minutes.
