    The olive oil is an approximate measuring, add enough so other ingredients are able to blend together.

    Garlic, paprika, turmeric are to taste.

    Finish off with fresh lemon zest also to taste.


1 can chick peas
1 can artichoke hearts
2 tbs tahini paste
2 cloves garlic

Put items into blender and add olive oil

Serving Size: makes 4, half cup servings
