    3/4 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 green pepper chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    2 cans (16 ounces) whole tomatoes, diced
    1 jar (20 oz) spaghetti sauce
    2 tbls Italian Seasoning
    1 package whole-wheat speghetti


Brown meat. Add green pepper, garlic and cook till tender. Pour in mushrooms, tomatoes (with juice). saice. amd seasoning, and stir everything together. Simmer. In separate pot cook speghetti. Serve sauce over spaghetti.
