Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1 cup milk
    1.5 cups flour (add a little only if you need it)
    1 cup carbonated water
    salt

    Filling:
    450 g spinach, frozen
    200 g feta cheese
    pepper. salt. garlic. onion, etc

Directions

Mix flour, egg, milk and water (1 cup). Let sit for a few minutes.

Mix spinach with feta cheese. You can add garlic or onions, and spices to your liking.

Heat pan, lightly oil, pour batter and move around the pan to create a very thin pancake. Repeat.

Afterwards, fill with spinach mixture.

You can fry it or bake it for some extra crunch.
