Ingredients

    1 TBsp olive oil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    8 oz shredded pork loin
    8 oz Julliene chopped zucchini
    2 cups of frozen 3 pepper onion blend
    1.5 TBsp el paso taco seasoning

Directions

In a large saute skillet heat olive oil. Add garlic and zucchini. saute until zucchini has softened slightly and then add pepper and onion mix. when that is almost hot add shredded pork and taco seasoing. Heat and eat on a tortilla with refried beans. Calories are only for the meat and veg mix.
