    cup honey
    2 tbsp dijon style mustard
    1 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3 Salmon fillets about 4 oz each
    20 stalks of asparagus


Preheat oven to 400F Line a baking with foil. Combine honey, mustard, butter, worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper, set aside.

RInse salmon fillets and pat dry. Place in pan and arrange aspargus spears around salmon. Drizzle with sauce.

Roast 20 to 25 minutes until salmon is cooked.

Serving Size: About 3oz of salmon
