Ingredients

    Canned Chicken, 2 can (10.75 oz) well drained
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1/2 package (10 oz)
    *Biscuits, Pillsbury, Hungry Jack, Biscuts, Golden Layers, Butter, 9 serving (LOWER CALORIE OPTIONS AVAILABLE)
    Green onion (green tops), 1c chopped

Directions

Recipe makes 6 individual pot pies, each in a 2-cup size oven safe baking dish.

Remove 6 biscuits from cardboard roll.
Roll out each one to flatten and expand the size.
Place one flattened biscuit into the bottom of each oven safe dish. Dough will come partially up the sides of dishes.
Bake until just starting to turn golden (10-15 miinutes).

While your pie 'crusts' are baking: combine cream of chicken soup, canned chicken, frozen peas and carrots and chopped green onion tops in large mixing bowl.

Remove three more biscuits from tube. Tear each one in half. Roll into 6 small balls in your hands, then roll out flat and thin as was done for crusts. Set aside.

Remove pre-baked crusts from oven. Fill each dish with 1 cup of combined filling. Top each dish by laying one flattened half biscuit on top of filling. Bake another 10-15 minutes until filling is bubbling and biscuit top is golden.

Cool a few minutes before serving, and enjoy!
