    1 1/2 pound 93% lean ground beef
    1 large egg
    1 packet Lipton's Onion Soup Mix


mix all ingredients together and roll into 2" balls. Place on cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 19 2" meatballs.
