    Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 1.25 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Ketsup, (Heinz) 1 Tbspn, 2 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Karo Dark Corn Syrup (1 serving=2 TBSP), 8 tbsp
    *Argo Corn Starch (1 tbsp), 2 serving
    Water, tap, 2 fl oz
    Cider Vinegar, .25 cup
    *PL-Rice (Uncle Ben's Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice - 1 C), 2 serving


May add ay raw vegetable of your choice.


In a large non-stick skilled cook bite size pieces chicken breast pieces on medium heat until cooked through. Add all other ingredients except corn starch, water & rice until vegetables are aldente.
Mix corn starch & water for thickening and add enough to thicken to your liking.
Cook rice as directed on package.
Place 1/2 cup servings of rice on plate. Add 1 cup Sweet N Sour mixture on top.
Serve and eat.
