Number of Servings: 8


    Ground beef, 1 lb browned and drained
    Pepperoni, 1 pkg (enough to cover bottom of pan)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Spinach, fresh, 1/4 cup
    Ragu Pizza Sauce, 1 (12 oz) jar
    Mozzarella Cheese, shredded, 2 cups
    Cheddar Cheese, shredded, 1/4 cup


Of course, you can add any of the traditional pizza toppings you and your family like.


Brown ground beef and drain.

Meanwhile, spray baking dish with nonstick spray or grease. Line bottom of dish with pepperoni. Sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella. Layer on the ground beef. Layer on mushrooms and spinach. Pour pizza sauce over toppings. Top with remaining cheeses. Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until cheese is nice and bubbly.
