For future use- if you use liquid eggs, 14 large is around 1.75 cups. I had trouble with it getting too thin, but the 11 year old autistic kid I babysit was beating it for too long I think. I baked at 350 for 30 minutes and it was browned enough but if it had been in a minute longer, would've burned - 5/1/10
