Simple to make and they smell so good while they're baking! Simple to make and they smell so good while they're baking!
Number of Servings: 12


    4 eggs
    1 cup egg substitute (like Egg Beaters)
    4 slices canadian bacon, diced
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup non fat milk
    Salt and pepper to taste


These can be frozen and reheated in the microwave!

These are delicious with a little fresh salsa on top!


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Beat together eggs, egg substitute milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Add Canadian bacon and cheese; mix thoroughly.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 "muffins"
