    16 oz. bag frozen brocolli
    1/2 c. parmesan cheese
    2 lb. cooked, chopped chicken breast
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    2 T. butter
    2 T. whole wheat flour
    1 c. milk
    1 T. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream


Cook broccoli and chicken. Preheat oven to 400 f. Arrange chicken and broccoli in 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with half the parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon cooked rice over top. Melt butter and blend flour in. Add milk all at once and cook and stir until bubbly. Cook 2 min. more. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Fold in sour cream. Pour sauce over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 min. Serves 6.
