Ingredients

    2 T Honey
    3 T Oil
    3 T Canola Oil
    2 t Cinnamon Ground
    1/4 C Almonds Chopped
    1/4 C Walnuts Chopped
    1/4 C Pecans Chopped
    1 C Steel Oats


Tips

I don't bake the crust before I add the cheesecake mixture. You may want to add more honey depending on your taste. I use this for a low calorie breakfast so i don't use very much sweetener.


Directions

Use a food processor to grind walnuts, almonds, pecans, and oats. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into a 9 x 12 pan. Add tofu cheesecake mixture and back at 30 degrees for about 20 minutes.
