Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    Fruits (mix and match as you please); I use:
    1/2 cup apple, cut into chunks
    1 cup grapes
    1 nectarine, cut in chunks
    3/4 c. orange segments, sliced in half lengthwise
    1/2 c. strawberries

Tips

I like the fruit in chunks; it makes a more satisfying bite.


Directions

Just put everything in a bowl and mix with a spoon.

Serving Size: makes 1 meal-size serving (4 cups) or 2 side dish servings
