Slow cooker beef with beans, corn and rice in a Ranch Seasoning. Slow cooker beef with beans, corn and rice in a Ranch Seasoning.
Number of Servings: 6


    Beef, round steak, 6 oz (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
    Beans, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 6 tsp (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s) (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)


Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef rounds in bottom of pot.
Drain and add kidney beans.
Season with onion powder and black pepper if desired.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Drain and add Corn.
Drain and add white beans.
Add water.
Add Ranch Seasoning mix.
Cover and set on High.
Prior to serving, break up beef into small bits; boil water and make rice.
