This snappy version of fajitas is sure to please! This snappy version of fajitas is sure to please!
Number of Servings: 3


    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Onions and Bell Pepper mix (Frozen), 1 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    *Zuccini Squash, 1 cup
    Taco Bell Mild Sauce Packet, 3 packets
    Water, tap, .5 cup
    Pork, lean (cutlets work well), 12 oz


Cook pork in 1/2 cup of water till done. Add rest and simmer till vegies are cooked but not mushy
serve with brown rice or whole wheat tortillas
