    *Trader Joes Mini Chicken Tacos 1 package

    *canned black beans, 1 can drained and rinsed

    Trader Joes Corn and Chile tomato-less salsa, 1 jar

    *Fat Free Sour Cream, 1 cup*

    Trader Joes Greek Style Nonfat Plain Yogurt, 1 cup

    Four Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, Finely Shredded, 1 cup

    *Fresh Tomato Salsa, 1 cup, drained


In a 9" x 16" pan, layer ingredients: mini tacos, black beans, corn salsa, tomato salsa
mix yogurt and sour cream together, spread evenly over top of casserole. Sprinkle chesee evenly on the top.

bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
