Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground beef
2 large sweet bell peppers, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 cups cooked white rice
1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
1.5 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Tips
Is also delicious made with ground turkey and brown rice too! I always make it with colored and green peppers, it adds a delicious sweetness and color!
Directions
*Brown beef in large skillet with peppers, onion, garlic, and spices; Drain. Stir in rice, spaghetti sauce, and 3/4c cheese.
*Spoon into 9x13 dish, top with remaining cheese.
*Bake 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
Divide into 8 servings.
