    2 cans of Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)
    3 tbsp of Tahini
    1/4 cup of Water
    10 springs of fresh parsley
    3/4 cup of lemon juice
    1 tbsp of canola oil
    6 cloves of garlics, crushed and minced


You do not follow the recipe exactly; I like my hummus with lots of lemon and garlic flavor but you may not


Blend all ingredients in the blender and add more or less lemon juice to obtain desired thickness.

Serving Size: 8 1/3 cup servings
