Introduction

This is a recipe I came up with a long time ago as a last minute go to recipe. This is a recipe I came up with a long time ago as a last minute go to recipe.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    3 med potatoes
    1/4 c fat free milk
    2 tbsp Smart Balance Butter
    3 tbsp McCormick Brown Gravy mix
    1 cup water
    1 - 15 oz can Corn
    1 - 15 oz can French Style Green Beans


Tips

You could add low fat cheese to the top but that will add to the nutritional info. You could also add or take away any vegetables.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put the diced potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until fork tender.
While potatoes are cooking, brown ground turkey and drain.
In a small saucepan, mix 1 cup of water with 3 tbsp of brown gravy mix, heat until thickened.
When potatoes are done, put them in a bowl and add milk and butter. Mash until smooth.
Drain both cans of vegetables.
In a bowl mix browned ground turkey, corn, green beans and gravy. Then spread in an 8x8 pan or dish.Top with the mashed potatoes and bake at 375 for about 15 minutes.
