Number of Servings: 3


    Ground beef, lean, 250 grams
    Onions, raw, chopped, 50 grams
    Cumin seed, 0.5 tsp
    Coriander leaf, dried, 0.5 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    salt and pepper to taste


1) Mix honey, mustard and balsamic vinegar
2) Add onions, coriander, cumin, salt, pepper and honey mixture to beef mince.
3) Cover with plastic wrap and marinate at least 4 hours in refrigerator
4) Beat egg and add to meat mixture.
5) Form 3 equal balls and grill or barbeque till cooked

Serving Size: Makes 3 meat balls
