    Red Potato, 2.5 cups
    Milk, nonfat, 8 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 16oz bag
    Butter, unsalted, .5 stick
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Celery seed, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (taste)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (taste)
    Tony Chachere's Spice N' Herbs Seasoning, 3 tsp (taste)


Peel potatoes & add them to water boil until fork tender.. while the potaoes are cooking in a sm pan add butter, onion, garlic, celery & seasoning cook until onions are carmelized, set aside. When potatoes are finished drain put back into pot add corn butter mixture & milk cook together for about 30 minutes to combine all the seasonings. Taste test add any other seasoning & serve it up good & hot. makes 8-2cup servings
