Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 mashed bananas (ripe)
    1/3 cup apple sauce
    2 cups oats (quick oats)
    1/4 cup almond milk
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp splenda

Tips

I chose to add chocolate chips and dried cranberries, but you could be healthier and add only raisins. Also, any kind of nuts can be added for extra protein!

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together really well and let sit for 5 minutes to let oats moisten up. Heap spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake to 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.

Serving Size: Made about 18 cookies (1/4 c. each)
