    Combine 1/2 c brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon in sm bowl. Set aside

    Combine 3 c flour, 1 1/2 c sugar, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt. Add 1 c softened butter, 1 c reduced-fat sour cream, and 1 tsp vanilla. Beat until combined.

    Add 3 eggs one at a time and continue to beat.

    Spread half of batter in greased and floured 13x9x2 inch backing pan or 10 inch tube pan. Sprinkle with half of cinnamon-sugar mixture. Spread remaining batter in pan and top with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.

    Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.Serve warm

    16 servings.
