    two slices of bread healthy brands with a bit of fibre and taest

    4 lettuce leaves

    cut a bell pepper into strips and add

Directions

no cooking just drain tuna of its oil toast the bread if you wish lightly and add the other ingredients and some fresh pepper and enjoy
