    1/3 c margarine
    3/4 c chopped green pepper
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 can corn
    1 can cream corn
    1 pkg jiffy corn muffin mix
    3 eggs
    1 c shredded cheddar cheese


saute onions and green peppers. Mix onion and green pepper to all other ingredients (cept chz). Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes. Add cheese for last 15 minutes.
