Ingredients

    1 small onion, chopped roughly
Three jalapenos with seeds and ribs, chopped (depending on how spicy you want it, add more or less)
1 garlic clove, smashes and chopped
    3 plum tomatoes, quartered
2 cans of diced tomatoes (14 oz)
    Cilantro Leaves (to your taste)
    1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Tips

-Sometimes I used diced tomatoes with green chiles for a little extra kick.
-If I'm making the salsa for a crowd, I leave out the seeds and ribs in the jalapeno. It's less spicy that way.

Directions

1. Add the onion, jalapenos, and garlic to a food processor.
2. Add the plum tomatoes, fresh cilantro, sugar, and salt. Pulse the food processor until the consistency is chunky.
3. Add the two cans of diced tomatoes. Pulse a little to mix it.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
