Ingredients

    1 T EVOO
    1 bag 365 Southwestern Veg or 1.5c peppers and 1 c onion
    .25c minced garlic
    1 15oz can low sodium cannelli beans
    1 low sodium veg bouillion cube (Rapunzel)
    1 T lemon Juice.

Tips

Calories for pasta not in total.


Directions

Cook onions and peppers in EVOO with garlic. Add beans and broth and lemon juice. Simmer while pasta cooks. Serve over pasta.
