Easiest pancakes that my kids just love! Easiest pancakes that my kids just love!
Number of Servings: 18


    2 c flour
    3 T sugar
    1 t baking powder
    1/2 t baking soda
    1/4 t salt
    1 1/2 c milk
    2 eggs
    3 T butter, melted
    1 t vanilla


Makes 18 pancakes from 1/4 c dipper

Mix together dry ingredients in bowl, whisking to ensure completely dispersed.

Melt butter and add to milk in a liquid measuring cup. Add eggs and whisk until no white "sticks" to the whisk when lifting it. Add vanilla and stir.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and use a spatula to mix gently until just combined. Let sit 15-30 minutes.

Heat griddle to 350 degrees. Scoop batter 1/4 c at a time and cook until bubbly on one side then flip and cook until you see steam.
