    1 - 12 oz whole wheat pizza crust (Boboli)
    1/4 Cup pizza sauce
    1/2 Cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 Cup shredded part-skim mozzerella
    1 Cup fresh mushrooms sliced
    2 Tbs Parmesean Cheese
    1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 lb Turkey sausage
    1 Cup Turkey pepperoni


Preheat oven to to 450. Place a large heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven. Spread pizza sauce on pizza crust, followed by spinach, mushrooms, turkey sausage, turkey pepperoni. Drizzle olive oil all over. Transfer pizza onto preheated baking sheet. Bake until crust is puffed and beginning to color at the edges - 10 minutes. Take the sheet out of the oven. Preheat broiler. Add mozerella cheese to pizza. Broil pizza till cheese is browned and bubbling - 2 minutes. Let pizza cool for 5 minutes - cut into 6 wedges and serve
