    Ground beef, 16 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 5 cracker
    Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packet
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp


Mix all ingredients except for tomato sauce. Shape into a loaf and put in baking dish. Top with tomato sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
