Even though many of us try to shy away from butter, it is far healthier for us than margarine and transfats. Furthermore, the Vitamin A in carrots is a fat soluble vitamin, which means you need to tke fat with it to utilize the vitamin. It tastes good, too! Ingredients

    1-1/2c carrots (I use baby carrots)
    1T butter
    1T pcked brown sugar

Directions

1)Steam carrots until done to your liking.
2)Drain water and add butter and brown sugar.
3) Mix to coat all carrots and savor every delicious bite!
