    12 jalapeno peppers, cored and cut in half
    1/2 a block of regular cream cheese
    1 cup or so of shredded cheese, Cheddar, Colby, etc.


The more seeds and ribs you leave, the hotter this will be. It's imperative to use disposable gloves! The pepper oils are hot, and you'll get a nasty surprise if you go to rub your eyes later!


Core the jalapenos and cut in half. Divide the cream cheese so that a smidge goes into each pepper half, spread out on a foil lined baking sheet (non-stick or sprayed with Pam). Sprinkle shredded cheese over each one. Bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes until cheese it melted and starts to brown a bit.
