Introduction

These are great in a hamburger bun, in pita pockets or for a main meal with vegetables and a mango salsa These are great in a hamburger bun, in pita pockets or for a main meal with vegetables and a mango salsa

Ingredients

    270 grams very lean ground Beef
    1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
    1 cup Zucchini grated and excess moisture squeezed out
    50 grams 2% fat Cottage Cheese
    1/4 cup Oat Bran
    1/2 tsp Curry Powder
    1 large Egg beaten
    1/4 cup Psyllium Husks
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients except for the Psyllium husks and mix well. Divide mixture into 4 portions and shape into patties. Coat in the Psyllium husks.
Place on a greased oven tray and spray lightly with canola spray.
Cook at 350 deg F (180 deg C) for @15 to 20 minutes, turning over half way through.
