Introduction

We like this torte with different puddings. Butterscotch in the fall, chocolate in the winter and lemon in the spring or summer! We like this torte with different puddings. Butterscotch in the fall, chocolate in the winter and lemon in the spring or summer!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Crust: 1 cup flour
    1 stick light margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

    !st layer:
    1 bar of Neufchatel cream cheese (softened)
    2/3 cup powdered sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    Blend and put on cooled crust.

    2nd Layer:
    2 pkgs. of lemon sugar free pudding (instant)
    2 1/2 cups of skim milk

Directions

Bake crust and cool thoroughly. Mix the cream cheese layer and smooth it on crust. Bland lemon pudding, 2 1/2 cups milk and stir faithfully. Pour over the cream cheese mixture. So yummy! (and ony 4 WW paints)

Serving Size: This makes 20 servings when put in a 9 x 13 pan.
