Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    Lawry's marinade (any flavor)
    20 small spears asparagus
    1.5 cups chicken broth

Directions

Cook rice in rice cooker using 1 cup broth instead of water. Let cooker cool after rice is done.

While rice is cooking, marinate chicken in marinade.

When rice is cool put chicken on top of rice pouring extra marinade over rice for flavor. Add 1/2 cup chicken broth to rice at this time. Put asparagus spears on top of chicken and turn rice cooker back on for another cycle.

When cycle is done serve asparagus, chicken and rice. Perfect dinner for two!
