    1 package quinoa-cooked
    1 lb cooked ground turkey-seasoned with salt and pepper
    1 cup chopped carrots (or shredded)
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    2 tbsp. Newman's Sesame Ginger Dressing-low fat
    1 cup chopped sweet peppers (red/orange/yellow)
    1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Directions
