    Egg Beaters 1.5 Cups
    Eggs 2 Large
    Asparagus about 8 spears
    Onion optional
    dash salt & pepper


you can mix and match your veggies add some tomato or mushrooms this recipe works really well with others, gives you real whole egg flavor without using all all the extra yolks! it's no yolk! haha


I placed my veggies inside a non stick small glass baking dish about 8", next measured my egg sub and poured directly on top next cracked the 2 eggs over it dash of salt and pepper, easy peasy! Stick it in the toaster oven or conventional oven for about 30-35 mins at 350, bam done!

Serving Size: 2 Servings - Slice that baby down the middle!
