Introduction

yummy mac and cheese - fast/easy yummy mac and cheese - fast/easy
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    10.5 tsp margarine = 3.5 Tablespoons
    8 oz macaroni = 1/2 of gram pkg.
    kraft cheese = 2 slices
    can add more onions than indicated (up to 1/2 cup)

Tips

DO NOT RINSE MACARONI !! it looses it's important starch.


Directions

Saute onions and celery.
Make rue with marg and flour.
Add both milks and stir constantly until thicken and no lumps.
Add all cheeses, stir until melted.
Cook/boil macaroni (el dente).
Spray cassorole dish with Pam.
Put mac in pammed dish.
Add cheese sauce, mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
