Ingredients

    140g gluten free all purpose flour (see recipe by nanabear60)
    85g chilled butter
    50g splenda brown sugar mix
    50g chopped walnuts
    500g rhubarb chopped
    100g splenda

Tips

Tastes good cold as well as hot.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix sugar and rhubarb and simmer for 15 mins (rhubarb should be soft but not mushy)
Mix flour and sugar and rub butter into mix. add walnuts
Grease 9" by 9" pan and add rhubarb and the crumb mix on top.
Bake for 30 minutes.
