    6 eggs
    1 cup nonfat milk
    2 large fresh mushrooms
    200g fresh broccoli
    chopped bell peppers (100 g)
    cherry tomatoes (7 or 8)
    3% Feta
    Light cheese


Combine eggs, milk, broccoli, mushrooms, and spices (salt, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, oregano) in a large bowl. Mix well and transfer to a glass baking dish. Cut tomatoes in half and place on top of egg mixture. Top with feta and cheese. Bake at 190 F or 225 C until a toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 6 smaller servings or 4 large ones. Serve with a salad!
