    *Great Value Chunk Chicken Breast, canned, 5 oz
    *Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
    *Bread - Oroweat Healthful Nutty Grain (1 slice), 2 serving
    *Mustard, French's Classic Mustard, 1 ts (5g), 1 serving (


1 half is a serving. Veggies like celery, broccoli etc... can be added.


Mix Mayo and mustard well with chicken, breaking up chunks. Spread on one slice of bread. Top with other slice of bread and cut in half.
