Quick sorbet with a little extra! Quick sorbet with a little extra!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 Orange
    2 1/3 Carrots
    1 1/2 Apple
    1/2 Mango
    1 Lemon
    2 Cups of Sugar
    2 Cups of Water
    1 Cup of Lemon Juice


Make simple syrup first: Warm water on the oven and slowly add sugar until it becomes blended, takes about five minutes. Let cool and place aside. Place fruit in either blender or juicer. Once blended add water and fruit to your yogurt/sorbet maker and let blend for 20 minutes.
