    1c. pitted dates
    1/2 c. dried apricots
    1/2 c. raw cashews
    1/4 c. raw sunflower seeds
    pinch cinnamon

You can add 2 T. protein powder if you like.


Put in food processor until nuts are finely ground. Press into pan and freeze. Then cut and store in the fridge or freezer.
