Lean Fried Rice

*White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup (remove)
*Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
*Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)
*Soy Sauce, 5 tbsp (remove)
*Canola Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
*Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
*Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
*Peas, frozen, 1 cup (remove)
*Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, .75 cup kernels (remove)
*Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
*Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Make sure to use cooking spray instead of oil, that way you can get by using less. Add or subtract any vegetables as you wish, to your liking, the more vegetables you use, the more filling it is! Also, all vegetable and soy sauce amounts are approximate, choose your amounts based on your liking.
