    * *Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spirals (Pasta), 10 oz box
    * *Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    * La Victoria Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, Hot, 2 16oz jars
    * *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup separated
    ** Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup (
    * *Goya Black Beans, 1 can rinsed & drained
    * *Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, 1 package frozen, thawed & drained
    * *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 1 packet
    ** Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) chopped
    ** Cilantro, raw, to taste


Brown turkey

Mix all ingredients (reserving 1 cup of cheese and cilantro) in a sprayed caserole dish; Top with remaining cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes

Garnish with Cilantro
