    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 3/4 cup
    Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares, 2 square (1 oz)
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1 cup


Reduce the calories even more by using 1/2 cup cocoa in place of chocolate squares and using reduced calorie mayonnaise.


1. Sift the flour, soda and salt together. (I suggest not using a regular sifter as the cocoa does not come out well, use a strainer instead)
2. Cream the sugar, mayonnaise, melted baking chocolate, water and vanilla together.
3. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and stir.
4. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
5. Bake at 350F. for about 25-30 minutes.

When serving cut into 12 pieces to get the nutritional info listed.
