Ingredients

    Chicken Drumstick, 4 drumstick, bone and skin removed (remove)
    **Dynasty Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, Panko, 1 cup (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Dip drumstick in egg beaters (might want to add water to thin it out). Mix panko and spices and coat drumstick. Place on baking tray (I line with aluminum foil, less mess later) and bake in a pre-heated oven at 400 for 20 mins. If you use drumstick with bones please cook from 30 to 45 mins.
