    4 oz. beef stew meat
    1/4 small onion, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 Tsp. grated Parmesan Cheese


Brown Meat in canola cooking spray. Add onions and saute for 5 minutes. Add eggs and cook scrambling as it cooks, about 15 minutes total. Top with grated Parmesan Cheese after serving.
